Shipping
Where do you ship to?
All USA and can ship international. If you don’t see the option please contact us!
How long does shipping take?
Depending on the item and if it’s a customized product or not. All items should ship within 3-5 business days at most. If your item will take longer we will contact you.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be emailed to you when your package ships.
Returns
How do I return an item?
All purchases are final. If you need to return an item due to damage please contact us within 5 days of your items being delivered.
How long does it take to process my return?
If your return gets approved and you are due a refund it will be processed immediately. Depending on payment source you used it can take up to 30 days for them (I.e. Afterpay) to release your refund to you. Please contact them directly.
Can I exchange for a different item?
No. Exception would be if you are issued a store credit then you may use your credit for any items unless otherwise specified.

Can I request an item to be personalized?
Yes. We have many items that can be personalized with your name or using personal photos. Such as cups, magnets, keychains etc
How do I send you my personal photos?
Please email your photos to orders@lizsboutique.org make sure to include your order # and any further instructions.
Will I receive a proof or mock up?
Yes, if requested you will receive a mock up before final item is made and printed.
